By downloading, installing, or using RL8 Family ("the App"), operated by Relate AS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Relate AS and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written permission.
If the App allows you to post, upload, or share content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the App.
You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit and its legality, accuracy, and appropriateness.
The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or our refund policy. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Purchases are processed through the platform's payment system (Google Play). Please review their billing terms for additional information.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relate AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, Agder, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Norway, Agder.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
